Peppermint Essential Oil

A. Migraines, Headaches
Skin Route: 2 drops in a carrier oil (e.g. Puraroma coconut oil) massaged on the temples and forehead, as required. (Watch out for the eyes!)

B. Hypotension
Oral Route: 1 pure drop on a neutral support (e.g. Puraroma coconut oil) to put under the tongue, 3 times a day, until you feel better.

C. Motion Sickness, Nausea, Vomiting
Oral route (for over 6 years old): 1 pure drop under the tongue.
Inhalation (for over 6 years old): Breathe directly from the bottle, as soon as necessary.

D. Hangover & Morning Fatigue
Oral route (for over 16 years old): 1 pure drop under the tongue.
Skin route (for over 16 years old): 1 drop to dilute in a carrier oil (e.g. Puraroma coconut oil) and massage on the temples as soon as necessary.

E. Bad Breath
Oral Route: 1 drop on 1 tsp sugar or honey or bread or carrier (e.g. Puraroma coconut oil) and let it melt in the mouth.

F. Digestive Ailments: Gas, Slow Digestion, Indigestion
Oral route: 2 drops on 1 tsp sugar to be mixed in an infusion, after the meal.

G. Common Cold & Sinusitis
Inhalation: 2–3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply.

• Not recommended for children under 12 and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Seek medical advice before use, especially in the case of drug treatment or chronic illness (asthma, epilepsy, hormone-dependent pathologies, etc.).
• Do not use for extended periods of time.
• Do not use on or in mucous membranes (eyes, ears, nose, genitals, etc.).
• If applied to the skin, dilute in a vegetable oil.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Avoid sun exposure after using photosensitizing essential oils.
• Store in its original closed packaging, away from light and high heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Q1. How often can I apply this essential oil?
A1. You can use the oil as often as you need relief but not more than 6 times in a day.

Q2. Do these products contain parabens?
A2. No, all are products are 100% free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and any artificial additives.

Q3. Do you test your product on animals?
A3. We do not test on animals. All products are cruelty-free.

Q4. Are these products safe to use while pregnant?
A4. Though our products are safe to be used by pregnant women, we advise you to take your physician’s consultation if you’re pregnant or undergoing any treatment.

Q5. How do I check if I am allergic to the product or ingredients?
A5. Allergies to its ingredients (all of which are listed above) are rare. If you have doubts, do a patch test. If an itchy red spot appears, we advise you not to use it.

Q6. Is the product safe for children?
A6. Our product can be used by children who are over 12 years old. Essential oils are potent and need to be used with caution. Although our blend is made with 100% pure, natural and certified ingredients, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using the products on children under 12.

Q7. Can I combine Puraroma Essential oils with other oils or other products from Puraroma? 
A7. Yes, you can use it alongside our other products.
