Lemongrass Essential Oil

A. Fungal Infections
Skin Route: Dilute 1 drop in 4 drops of carrier oil (e.g. Puraroma coconut oil) and apply directly to the affected area twice daily.

B. Insect Repellent (Mosquitoes, Flies, and Other Pests)
Atmospheric Diffusion: Add 5–7 drops of Lemongrass essential oil to your diffuser or combine it with citronella or peppermint essential oils for enhanced efficacy.
Skin Route: Dilute 1–2 drops in 10 drops of carrier oil and apply to exposed skin areas (e.g., wrists, ankles, arms). Avoid applying on the face.

C. Sore Throat and Throat Infections
Gargle: Add 1 drop of Lemongrass essential oil to a glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey or salt. Gargle 2–3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops of Lemongrass oil to a bowl of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl, and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.

D. Digestive Complaints (Indigestion, Bloating)
Skin Route: Dilute 5–6 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion.

E. Mental Exhaustion, Stress, or Anxiety
Inhalation: Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser for 30 minutes, or inhale directly from a handkerchief for an uplifting effect.

Essential oils are powerful natural products, which must be used with care.

• Not recommended for children under 12 and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Seek medical advice before use, especially in the case of drug treatment or chronic illness (asthma, epilepsy, hormone-dependent pathologies, etc.).
• Do not use for extended periods of time.
• Do not use on or in mucous membranes (eyes, ears, nose, genitals, etc.).
• If applied to the skin, dilute in a vegetable oil.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Avoid sun exposure after using photosensitizing essential oils.
• Store in its original closed packaging, away from light and high heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Q1. How often can I apply this essential oil?
A1. You can use the oil as often as you need relief but not more than 6 times in a day.

Q2. Do these products contain parabens?
A2. No, all are products are 100% free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and any artificial additives.

Q3. Do you test your product on animals?
A3. We do not test on animals. All products are cruelty-free.

Q4. Are these products safe to use while pregnant?
A4. Though our products are safe to be used by pregnant women, we advise you to take your physician’s consultation if you’re pregnant or undergoing any treatment.

Q5. How do I check if I am allergic to the product or ingredients?
A5. Allergies to its ingredients (all of which are listed above) are rare. If you have doubts, do a patch test. If an itchy red spot appears, we advise you not to use it.

Q6. Is the product safe for children?
A6. Our product can be used by children who are over 12 years old. Essential oils are potent and need to be used with caution. Although our blend is made with 100% pure, natural and certified ingredients, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using the products on children under 12.

Q7. Can I combine Puraroma Essential oils with other oils or other products from Puraroma?
